Who we are
PulseFlow Automations ("PulseFlow," "we," "us") builds websites and lead-response automations for local service businesses. This policy explains what information we collect through pulseflowautomations.com and our text and email messages, and how we use it. Questions? What we collect
- Information you give us when you fill out our form: your name, business name, website address, phone number and email address, and whether you agreed to receive text messages.
- Information clients give us on our onboarding form after signing up: legal business name, business type, tax ID (EIN), business address, website access details, the wording for automated messages, and files such as logos and photos.
- Messages you send us by text, email or phone.
- Payment information is entered on Square's checkout page, not on our website. Square processes your card. We receive confirmation of the payment, but we don't see or store your full card number.
- Basic technical information that any website receives, such as your IP address and browser type, which our hosting provider may log for security and reliability.
How we use it
- To respond to your request and send you a preview of your redesigned homepage.
- To send text messages and emails about your request, including follow-ups, if you agreed to them.
- To provide, bill for and support the services you sign up for.
- To register your business with phone carriers for text messaging.
- To build your website and automations.
- To keep our website and services secure and working properly.
We do not sell your personal information.
Text messages (SMS)
If you check the box on our form, you agree to receive text messages from PulseFlow Automations about your request, including follow-ups. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except the service providers that deliver our messages on our behalf.
Service providers we use
We share information only with companies that help us run our business, and only as needed for them to do that work:
- Make.com, to process form submissions and run automations
- Twilio, to send and receive text messages
- SendGrid (Twilio), to send email
- Square, to process payments
- Netlify, to host this website
- Google Workspace, for our business email
We may also share information if required by law, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep information from people who contact us but don't become clients for up to 12 months. We keep client records for as long as you are a client and for up to 2 years afterward. We keep records of text-message consent for 4 years. After that we delete the information unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts.
- Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
- Email us to ask for a copy of your information, or to have it corrected or deleted. Depending on where you live (for example, California), you may have additional rights under state law, and we will honor them.
Security
We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we'll change the effective date above. Significant changes will be posted on this page.
